[Luchiano WANTED $1 Outlaw]

Hey everyone , just wondering how it works if a site is owned by a provider , i have an issue with that provider and some 1-2 year later when no result come out of it , if i want to take it to court but that site now is owned by another provider does it falls into the new provider or shall i still target the old one?

I dont want to get into alot of details and name names as im pretty sure im a isolated incident and i see alot of ppl play on said provider , so its not like a scam , just some ppl fail some checks.

I would assume that as long as the casino didn’t go insolvent then you would continue to chase the casino and its current owners

Yeah typically a business that buys another business inherits it’s issues as well… unless it’s not disclosed to the new owner then it gets messy….but yes your case was active before the buy out, it should still be active after the buy out
