Hey suspira. For sites some of my favourites would be skybet/william hill/betfair and bet victor, casumo also good with all having a pretty good selection of games. As for stake just play on 1 that suits you as everyone is different, same for games really. Maybe even try low stakes (20p/40p) and have afew spins on lots of different games see if you like any of them. As Rbreen says not sure you will ever get the hang of it its all just luck.
