The iban code is for a bank transfer, I withdraw using this for videoslots, you can find it on your bank statements. It’s usually faster withdrawal times with this method

Did you get it sorted? IBAN is your International Bank Account Number.. IBAN, it should be fine..

There is no drop down option for my Card Details.

Also, instructions tell you to confirm you password before requesting the Withdrawal but there is no Box to enter your Password into.

Live Chat have now told me 5 times to ‘change you browser to Chrome’.  Now they are telling me to enter my IBAN, however I have never set up anything except Bank Cards with them.  I am getting nowhere.

Amazing they can let you Deposit all day long, isn’t it……….. To be fair they have been one of my better Casinos.

I use 21, and when that happened to me  it was because the pay pal ( which I use ) was down… few days later it was back… it was a weird one .
