I was wondering if the above which are both amazing tools for problem gamblers, would affect a person’s credit rating at all, obviously having gambling on there is no good anyway but say a person had a separate gambling account and then they use one of the stopping tools?

I’m sure this has been covered before but I cannot find it.

It wont affect your credit rating at all my friend. Gamstop is a middleman between you and the casino/gambling portals. Gamstop do require you to confirm certain details on sign up such as when was the last time you took out credit etc.. this is only to confirm that they are talking to you. I had to attempt this a few times as I forgot several of the questions lol.

In theory it should increase your credit score long term as you won’t be doing your bollocks in online ???
