Just to put your mind at ease I played at a similar site, I posted here about it, my transaction showed as Moscow as well, it was pending for a few days but I got my money, if it’s the same sort of site as I was on the min withdrawal was €100, the live chat did look dodgy on fairness haha

I had a similar experience, I’m till waiting for my winnings of 500 Euro and I’m pretty sure I am at the same casino.

Anyway, have a look at the bonus terms and conditions too. I tried to withdraw 2k, but if you activate a bonus you can only withdraw 20X the deposit amount. Hence my 2k is now 500. There terms and conditions are shady and aren’t enforced properly until you make a withdrawal. So you could be looking forward to a large withdrawal, but then the finance team go through your gameplay with a fine toothed comb and void all winnings due to a breach. Really unprofessional and rely on you not reading the T’s & C’s to catch you out and avoid paying.

They also drag their heels on verification and withdrawal process to see if you reverse it.
