Bit weird that these bonuses are failing isn’t it, surely when a bonus fails, it should continue inside the server and reach it’s result anyway and then be searchable by whoever looks after that kind of shit!
I had a bonus on Monteuma once where the bonus failed at Betfair. It took a week but they did come back with the bonus amount that would of been paid. I would not take any useless free spins if it falied and it really is in the casinos interest to keep you happy. But it is disconcerting that it seems to be happening more and more. Or maybe it is happening the same amount only now people are actually piping up about it which is the great thing about these types of forums.
Thanks for the reply bigman youd think we would be top of the list as punters to keep happy and actually look at your account to resolve it not ask you to do there work for them still waiting by the way hopefully sorted soon. @seve66 these forums are great for things like this. We are not alone and need to look after each other by the looks of things
I had same problem on Mermaids Millions some time ago, bonus failed and I was given 30 free spins on Starburst a game that I really do not like. I complained to no avail and closed my account for good. I think it would have been a good bonus too as I waited quite a while for it.
@Belle5719 once bitten … you know what to do next time. Decline and demand someone looks into it. The only advice i can give anyone is once you see a problem start taking snap shots for evidence
it only ever happend once with me a few years back on mega moolah i triggered the jackpot bonus and it didn’t load i went to live help and within a week they awarded me 120 pounds this was on unibet still think i could of won a jackpot lol
