Ive got a casino asking for the usual docs, i sent them all, they said you’re account is verified, then a week or three later they want more, they asked for bank statements from the 1st March 2021 to now, which i sent..  Today i got an email saying we’ve see on your account, money going in from a account ending in ***, can you show us statements from where they came…  Although i transferred it from one of my accounts to the other, what if the money came from someone else?  Im just about to email them and say thats private so piss off, is that what you would do?

I just emailed them and said thats going a bit too far and i decline to send anymore, if that means im banned then ban me…  I should have said give me all my deposits back and shove your casino haha

So you’ve verified your account with bank details, but you’ve deposited with another bank,

so if you’re  depositing with another account that wasn’t part of the verification id totally expected an emailing saying “ oi… who’s freaking account is this then laddie? And hurry up before we ask for the semen and blood specimen “

No, ive not used another bank, on my statement i moved money from one account [my savings account in the same bank] to the one i use to gamble with, they just seen a deposit going into my account and want to know where that came from…  i think they’re a bit too nosey for their own good.

Exactly same happened to me thy had me doing a selfie with passport blah blah EVERYTIME one of my documents couldnt be recognised bull crap in the end I played my 150 euro winning n told them thy were scammers ( then went to trust pilot to see their reviews !!! OMG ) stay away from jackpotcharm – lesson learnt .

Since i emailed and told them i decline to send anything and how nosey bastards they are, they never replied, so i thought id have some fun with my account, put my spending limits to over a million a day and then i saw a setting that said something about how long do you want to play, so i put -99999999999999 and it kicked me out almost as quick as i log in, i managed to stay in long enough to exclude myself for 5 years…
