I don’t really see what the issue is here to be honest? Quite clearly states that if you have deposited with a new card then you will need verified. As you have then this is why you have been blocked. Verify it then job done.

I was concerned it was to look at my source of wealth. everyone knows I employ old ladies to go out and mug young thugs but I didn’t want to prove it. chat says it’s just the card.

Had you been depositing several hundred/thousand they would be within their rights to ask for source of wealth.

Casinos and bookies have been punished in the past for not following up these sources of wealth so I can see why they are now taking a more hard line approach. At the end of the day if someone hasn’t got anything to hide then the won’t mind providing source of income.

You’d think but how does anyone know who is looking at it and what risk is possible from the information shown. Doesn’t sit right with me.
