Hey Bandit, I’ve been watching you on YouTube for years now and really app<span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>reciate the content and honesty you bring to it.</span>
I wanted to quickly share something and see if you’ve ever experienced similar. I’ve played at the same casino many times with successful withdrawals nothing to large though, but last month on my birthday I turned a $400 deposit into around $48k. That day was also the anniversary of my best mate’s death and my birthday, so the win honestly felt pretty life changing.
They ended up cancelling my withdrawal with little explanation other than saying my bets were “too high,” even though I’ve made the same bets at that level there before. I’ve also since noticed they’ve removed the game I won big on.
I thought I’d ask/share as you’ve mentioned having a couple of questionable calls around bets yourself. Just wondering if you’ve ever dealt with anything like this or have any tips.
Appreciate your time either way.
Cheers, Reece
0022nd January 2026 at 8:03 am #152744Sadly this sort of thing happens on the regular, i think it may well be a case of if you don’t win huge, they aren’t bothered about their little t’s and c’s that say this that and everything when linked to a bonus (personal opinion so of course i may even be wrong on that) but when it is a massive amount, they will go through it with a fine tooth comb and pull you up on even one spin that was over what it was supposed to be, i have had run ins in the past with bonuses so i usually never ever take them anymore, did you get anywhere with this?
0224th January 2026 at 12:32 pm #152779I got absolutely no where after countless emails etc bringing up my previous bet history making the same levels of bets even with an active bonus and making successful withdrawals all they said was along the lines of they could not disclose there process so yes I do agree with you there regarding “fine tooth comb”. Still gutted about it all, safe to say I am no longer playing there.
0026th January 2026 at 11:40 pm #152916Hello, unfortunately, I had the same experience at another casino. The reason for the confiscation of your winnings is your violation of our terms of service regarding clause “7.6. Play with active bonuses is limited in the following slots.” You played the game “Sugar Rush” with a bonus balance. You exceeded it one or more times while wagering the bonus. And this was reported to me a week after winning, when I had already insistently asked to cash it in. Please do not play at this scammer-run casino.
0029th January 2026 at 8:51 am #152956Hi Mid80
I believe our experiences are quite different. As much as it sucks they have given you a clear reason as to why your winnings had been cancelled, however mine did not, i had no idea of any sort of restrictions and even they could not give a clear reason as to why if they had I would of understood more.
