went to sign up put my country code for New Zealand then  my phone number sent me 4 digit code says that code wasn’t right check it and try again i have multiple times still locked out and dont know how to request new code please help

Hi mate – my design guy has come back to me with this –

 

Close the page, reopen vault.backinamo.com/join, sign in with your email + password (your account exists), it’ll take you straight to the phone step — request one code, wait for the newest text, enter those 4 digits

If they’re still stuck, get me their email address and I’ll look up exactly where they’re wedged — there are 13 half-finished sign-ups from the last 6 hours and they’ll be one of them; worst case I complete the registration manually from the operator side once they’ve confirmed their number with you.

Hi Bandit,

For some reason I can’t complete the signup at all, it gets to the part to put in my mobile number and I have tried every combination I can think of, all it says is “Something went wrong — try again.” and if I try again i get “Bot check failed — try again.” and can’t get any further.

Tried a new browser and webpage and still no dice, any suggestions?

Getting the same message, can’t sign up

Same with the enter number fail keeps saying somthing went wrong – try again or bot check faild even tho its a green tick
