So I joined up 500 casino through the Bandit.
Its a really poor casino and my last experience with them is really frustrating.
I split my gambling 50/50 sports bets and slots. Last night I placed a bet on a basketball match. It was in overtime when I placed the bet. The team I backed according to 500 casino was a few points up so I placed a bet. About a minute later they all of a sudden corrected the score and it immediately changed everything. The actual score was way off (incorrect for both teams). The score that is in my betting slip is not on flashscore, my betting slip shows it was 89-84 when I placed my bet. It was never 89-84. When I checked flashscore it actually shows that at no point was team “A” on 89 and team “B” was never on 84 so I have no idea how they messed this up.
As it was in overtime with a couple of minutes left every point counts and I never would have placed the bet had I known the actual correct score. As soon as i saw the live score I immediately went on live chat. They advised me that the tracker they use on their site was incorrect however they are not responsible for the “incorrect” tracker and its just tough luck. I checked with a number of other bookmakers and they actually had the correct information so it does seem the error is just on them.
I would advise avoiding this casino for any sports bets and if you do use them, check the live scores on other sites before betting blindly on 500.casino.
