[markieb1985 WANTED $2 Outlaw]

hi guys i made a withdrawal request over a week ago at all british casino. it was approved near enough straight away and i have not yet received my winnings. it was a debit card withdrawal, it is nothing to do with my bank because when i’ve withdrew from other casinos to my card it takes no longer than 3 days.for money to clear

just wondered what you guys could think it could be? has anyone had the same thing happen?

 

as i said i’ve never waited that long for a debit card withdrawal before

Have you withdrawn from this casino before ? Just because one takes three days doesn’t mean they all do …..

i haven’t before it’s my first withdrawal from them but as i said was approved near enough straight away and its past the 5 business days

they told me in live chat 3 to 5 business days and it’s not to do with my bank either because i checked with them to see if anything is pending to clear in my account

I can only imagine it’s verification then, that’s typically something they do with your first withdrawals ….. giving cash isn’t a problem, taking it is when they start looking in…

they told me there’s no need for verification at this point and the withdrawal was processed it wasn’t a huge win maybe that’s why no verification was needed at this time

i’m just baffled to why it’s taking so long, checked with my bank more than enough times and nothing is pending to clear

Yeah, the amount of money you withdraw doesn’t really matter to the verification, everybody who uses a casino has to do it, so based on that I’d imagine it is verification or kyc, (but maybe the computer hasn’t forwarded it yet for you to deal with ….) …but some  casino take 7 days to hit the bank… so depending on what day your on it might still be ok

Friday was a bank holiday so I’d give it an extra 24 hours, after that contact the casino and ask them to investigate with their payment provider. A debit card credit (it’s made through the same mechanism as when you get a refund for something) should be straightforward. Never played there myself but I believe “All British” is an L&L brand, they’re definitely legit so their customer support should help you out.

Did you end up getting the money, I have the same issue now at the moment, it’s been 5 working days for me as well.
