redbet a cheats mate.i deposited £25 last year and got it up to over £1,500 cashed out then next day funds had gone called redbet and told me i have 3 accounts under same name which was bollocks cut long story short never got winning and never ever had more than one account .just redbet cheat you out of winnings
I signed up with Redbet through this site and lost a few quid, and I decided to self exclude from them. I then got an email saying that although they are owned by Mr Green ( whom I have self excluded from ) they run under a separate licence and my exclusion from Mr Green does not mean I will get any deposits back. Not sure why I had this email as I never asked for my deposits to be refunded.
Probably because like what happened to me, I self excluded from mr green not realising that they are linked to redbet but was able to deposit and lose a tidy amount until talking to live chat about something they realised, and immediately blocked my account and said they did not have to return deposits
Wow that is disgusting redbet are really bad I hope you get your issue resolved if it’s any consolation I finally got a bonus again on 300 shields (I only ever play 25p stakes) so imagine my excitement when i got to to the 300x and hit 3x Spartans for a massive 328 quid buzzing like mad so today I was speaking to them in chat and said i am going to withdraw then take a bit of time away from redbet….then the chat ended…ok then I will just withdraw however I got a email about 2 mins later saying sorry you are leaving and your account has now being closed WTF so I have spoke to customer service which said they have to escalate it to there complaints team before my account will be reactivated 😮 incase they think I have self excluded which I never mentioned and then I will lose my winnings
