Hi Retroloser… Good luck brother but It will be tough, like blacko said, just use gamstop/gamban as it saves the  temptation & in not installing it your letting that addiction head use you…

I used ga mate simply because no gamstop or gamban when I first went. You will get through it.

Just remember instead of reopening a casino account and depositing, post on here instead. Always someone to talk you out of it and it’s a lot cheaper!!

I used ga when I first quit mate (No gamban or gamstop then lol). Just take it one day at a time mate. It’s a hard addiction to get through…..i say get through because there will be times when your drawn back in.

Just remember though instead of taking time to reopen an account and deposit, use the time to post on here instead. Always someone on here who will talk you out of it mate.
