So some of my experience with verajohn. My total deposits 457.11 I did not have decent wins. I got 110 euro win from 10 euro deposit so I thought I’m going to try and withdraw. As mastercard user I wanted to do direct transfer via Trustly, but I’ve got a message my country isn’t serviced. So I contacted support. They said they reported this to technical issues departament and we landed on manual transfer. However they never contacted me or game me any information on what’s the issue, but guess what.. TRUSTLY when I contacted them said my country is accepted by them since 2015. After contacting verajohn they still gave me usual run around and I saw that no manual transfer is being done, because cash still was in the cash balance. I felt like it’s dead money so I wagered and lost. However the minute I lost some miracle happened – appearantly ‘payment departament’ which never was mentioned couldn’t do a manual, because of empty cash balance. All of their stories changed, I kept getting lied to me and mocked by support named DINO N which suspended my deposits for no appearant reason. After being curious why they lied about so many things I kept getting ignored. Support names who kept bullying me and lie to me as well as give fake information(Maria, Eve, Bjorn, Dino N) if it’s even their real names. Worst casino experience I had since 888casino 4 years ago. Wouldn’t recommend. On top of that I was fully verified user with all documents. In the end these 4 employees decided to lock my account permanently. During all of this I registered and verified on BETFAIR I made 50 euro deposit won 50 and withdrew 50 USING same method I tried on verajohn in LESS than 6 hours. Also money I requested to withdraw instantly was locked out of my cashbalance.  Going to stay on Betfair for now I guess.
