I’m lazy, I know videoslots run low RTP on some games but I’m fully verified and they pay into my bank in minutes…. Plus I mostly play donuts and millionaire on there and it’s the same RTP as everywhere else ?

Do they have live chat? That would be your first point of contact about it.

I’ve not really had any dealings with them, if I remember rightly I opened an account and then excluded it.
