Here’s one for you all… is this the normal thing these casinos do or is this a bit shady? Signed up to one not so long ago, decided to deposit £100 for a quick blast, when i looked, my balance said £200, i didnt ask for any bonus but thought sod it, im only playing Reel King, spent my 100, then was into the bonus funds, got a win of £192 so the balance was now 280 odd, then i thought, i’ll throw a few quid at roulette but a box popped up and said you cannot use bonus funds on LIVE casino, so i thought ok, i’ll leave it and come back tomorrow and just play the 280 on RK, but today i went on and my balance was 0, i sent a message to them and they said – The balance you had was a bonus balance, not cash, did you perhaps try to withdraw them or enter the live casino, this will forfeit the bonus as you cannot play with the bonus in the live casino neither withdraw them before they have been wagered and turned into cash. Surely just trying to enter the live games shouldnt forfeit your funds, a box tells you you cant use them and then you go back to the main screen WTF….. So just be aware of losing funds just incase you click in the wrong area…..
