The night starts casually, Videoslots this time but i have a new set up as the desktop computer is in the new house now and the shite internet is on the go, bad news that is by the way as it just isn’t going to work for a video, the amount of times it lagged for literally MINUTES but that is another story.

I have never seen the game play so bad as tonight. Bearing in mind i have won £60,000 on it during the course of this thread, i could see it all going back tonight at one stage. I started with £2k in and £8 stake but didn’t stay on it very long, i am after pushing it big style at this stage of profit, it is go big or go home time so i am up to £16 almost straight away and to be honest, that level of top isn’t going to satisfy me either so £30 it is. Well in goes another 2k for nowt, it is playing so bad that i am hardly even getting to see the ladder at all. £2.5k in next, that is the most i am allowed to do in one go from my card on VS for some reason so i stick to that level now and onwards.

Still playing absolutely shite, if i manage to see the ladder it is losing first press, if not first press then bang dead second press like every single time. Another deposit and i am £9k in, i switch to £40. It is silly to switch to £40 at this stage and for some reason i have abandoned my usual path, greed probably but also the thrill, i want a biggun! Well it is going to make me pay for it this time. £11.5k in – £14k in – £16.5k in – £19k in and still nothing, the deposits don’t last very long at all on £40, 100 spins the way i play it is £4,000 so you can imagine.

£21.5k in, £24k in, £26.5k in and i am in dangerous territory now as i have passed the amount in of the smallest top on the max stake, just over £20,000 is the smallest top and one of those would leave me in a hole but no, it still doesn’t come. Fast forward a little bit now and i am £34k in. An absolutely ridiculous figure if you take it out of context but please take it within the confines of this thread, I am £60,000 up on the game in 10 days remember – in my head, i set the ceiling, i want to remain ahead on the game to the tune of a nice car for the wife so £40k and i am done which would leave me £20k up and with the part ex i would get on her mondeo, i could get her a really nice car courtesy of Reel King, reset myself to playing low stakes and cope with it.

Then BOOM, fucking boom – i am so happy when it lands because whoooOOOoOooosh it’s 90% of my money back in one fell swoop, gtfit i scream, frightened the takeaway man, he thought i was a Liverpool fan as i think they had just scored! Here it is….

I sit back down and i am like right, i am going to accept the loss, i will play down to £30,000 and be £4k down and genuinely, it would feel like a win but then in true”me” style, there is a twist in the tail! The time of that top up there as you can see is 20:43 well have a little look at this…..

2 minutes between them, 2 minutes and that’s it, my head has rolled off – i simply can’t believe the turnaround i have managed…. GREAT GAME, NEVER IN DOUBT!

Seriously though, i had hoped that i would set the max loss a little lower than what i was heading towards tonight and it has kind of made me think, perhaps i should quit it for a bit now, i have had my scare, my remarkable comeback and then an utter bonus top for profit once again.

I hope anyone thinking oooooh that’s possible sees this session and thinks absolutely fuck that, imagine you had £30k to play with, well it has gone, all of it, it is now £0. I’ve lucked out in a huge huge way on this one and it will bring me back to Earth not so much with a bump, but it could have been a big bump couldn’t it. I think i am done for a bit on the high stakes.

I’m thinking my next attempt will be £1,000 in and on £1.60 – top or bust and leave it at that, need to ground myself a bit again now.

little did we know at the time…. we’d been listening to one of the biggest british bands to date, and this was actually their demo album.

I so wish i’d still got that burnt CD, from yesteryear, it was a promo cd handed out from the actual band, after a local gig. To try and get their name out there.

support local talent, its all we’ve got. otherwise its all gonna be that auto tune rubbish. Peace

Quality stuff as usual mate – have a listen to Standing There, great song that one and reminds me of so many bands i used to listen to, like there’s a bit of them all in there haha

It’s £850 a month that other house, bit of an expense to keep just for the net really
