Could it be by a court of law construed as false representation of you chances of winning or perhaps even false advertising ,not that sure yet.its a grey area at the moment,but it will keep rearing its ugly head this one.

First case scenario op is telling the truth and friend decided to deposit on his account.casino should not allow anyone to deposit with a card in a different name.second case he has lied and the card was found or stolen,casino again should not allow deposit using card with different name.third case which is highly unlikely account hacked and combination of first two again casino shouldnot allow deposit.every site I have registered a card with asks for the name first it’s pretty absurd if you can use someone else’s card to make a deposit.casino in a win win situation if they do.

Glad to hear you got your deposit back,like I said in a earlier comment ask for your deposit back as they were freerolling you.what they did was technically illegal anyway if you decided to go down that route.these casinos say they are regulated but it’s on a one sided basis it all needs tightening up on the punters side.

The other night chipmunkz stated he was offered two grand to do a one off stream for some dodgy russian casino,he declined.i respect your opinion bandit but no way is a streamer going to start up a libel case against someone making a comment on their integrity.personally I think it’s more likely to be the other way around and a punter suing a false streamer. After they have done their bollocks on a dodgy casino for falsely representing their chance of winning.no names mentioned but I stand by my earlier comments about mr roshtein.

Hi everyone,thanks for your explanations.to be honest I am not totally convinced about this rtp lark.just like a good accountant you can make numbers look good if you baffle everyone with bullshit,but hey that’s my opinion.i am without doubt the unluckiest slot player alive today as my so called rtp is not even close to what it should be,just continually getting shafted up the wrongun.anyway I will keep trying and if I get a big hit will try and post it on the big wins section.happy gambling all.
