Ban yourself from everything. It’s hard at first but worth it.. I did tge same but then ended up using arcades to get my fix. But that was short lived as the rtp is like 80%. It soon makes u realise what’s the fucking point. It takes the initial blanket ban to get things rolling. U will sort over avenues but it doesn’t take long to realise everything else is utter shit and it makes it easier to quit… I still waste money on a shitty pub bandit every once in a while, knowing I’m going to lose. But it’s better then thinking I’m going to win a nd spunking all my wages
