They all do it now. Have done for a while I self excluded from a casino for a year, and has to do the phone call to be “assessed” to be allowed back on. There are so many rules and regs in place now, The casino has got to cover them self’s, or face a massive fine, Which getting you to write a letter and phone to talk to them saves them millions then so be it. Also I would rather they made SURE you can gamble again safely, as you felt the need for the casino to step in and take control as you couldn’t control yourself not to gamble without having access to the site. Its gambling responsibly for you and Videoslots. Good on them

Why did you play on a webiste you avoid? That’s never going to end well, usless it’s only because you don’t like that certain casino and not due to it being dodgie.
