Best thing to do is just phone them, mine ended a few months ago i phoned up and it was all done within 5 minutes, you have a cooling off period to wait before you can play again, same with most casinos. Although i have found im unable to reopen some accounts

Sounds like someone needs to “use” your email and register you on gamstop too…. shit try at a sob story to get your spunked money back from bandit who owes you fuck all btw.
