So, let me ask you guys. What would you do if you have a deposit bonus 35x wagering and no max payout. You win 31k they secretly add a no-deposit bonus in your account which changes the bonus terms as it combines with your current bonus and you suddenly need to wager 100k (original wager amout that was left before this was 1025) and also added a max cash out of only €88?

As the bonus is combined you can’t cancel it without losing all the funds.. So basically they do everything possible to not pay out the money won as it is now on (from their minds) correct terms and therefore they won’t remove the bonus I never accepted, asked for or the never even mentioned that they added it and make you aware of changes in the current bonus as it increases the wagering and put a max pay out to the bonus.

I’m quite frustrated about this and need some help to get this solved. I also want to prevent people for playing here as I think this is exactly the reason why allot of people think online gabling is not to be trusted. These kind of casinos should be stopped and I think it’s time to get our heads together and stand up against this kind of companies who are a rotten apple in the industry. Maybe if we do something about this together they will be stopped to screw over customers. And the online gambling will be more safe and secure for us as a customer.

Okay this seems dodgy af to me, reviewing the details that you have given. So is this bonus that was added something that you accepted, or was it just added and you were not made aware of it whatsoever? Also, what is that finish bonus button all about? It says €88.65 to finish the bonus, but it also says max payout of €88.65? Does this figure change when you wager some more? Have you spoken to customer service to discuss this?

Lots to cover here, I’d definitely avoid doing anything rash until you’re certain of the outcome.

Just had a look at t&c on bonus . It says nothing about capped winnings . But says they have the right to change terms off the bonus without having to give prior notice .

I have an account at stakers, actually had a pleasant experience – fast verification and a quick withdrawal. From what i remember the initial 100% bonus is standard (you can cash out in your own money, if you it bonus funds you then start the wagering but there was no max cashout).

Then there are the freespins, they gave me a lot of freespins but the cap was 3x and the wager each time was i think 35x. So for example if i was given 10 freespins and won a fiver i would have to wager £5 35x but the max real money conversion was 3x = £15. Which is pretty crap but they’re free so you know.

So the question is did you accumalate that balance from the initial 100% bonus or was it from a different offer? And did you lose your real money and hit bonus funds or were you still playing with cash money

I see it states pelican bonus, im not aware of what that means as i have only deposited therea couple times so far.

If you defo had 1025 left to wager then suddenly the bonuses are combined then i think something is amiss, have you spoken to them and asked for an explanation?

I have noticed this myself. Anytime you get a big hit, you get offered pelican bonuses and random bits of crap here, there and everywhere. It all has wagering attached and is designed to stop people withdrawing. I usually decline all bonuses/free spins etc unless it’s a deposit bonus and I know I’m taking it to play Bonanza

I never accept first deposit bonuses. It’s all crap. Sorry for this man. This must be so frustrating I really hope you get what’s owed to you. Try OJO casino. They have absolutely no wagering requirements for the bonuses. Nothing but pleasantness from them. And once you become a A lister they process withdrawals right on the spot.

I know it’s tempting to take these offers but quite frankly it’s just not worth it. How many times do we read a thread like this. Just play with your own funds and they can’t touch you – can they?

Yeah I couldn’t second this more strongly. I stopped taking bonuses ages back (10 years ago), but foolishly took one with Grosvenor recently and I’m still waiting for anyone to bother to reply to me but assume I broke some rule or other.

Of course it’s the one time you actually get lucky and there’s something to cash out is the time you make some tiny mistake or w/e. It was ‘a lot’ of money but because I’d used a bonus I kinda felt as the near 1000x was pinging in on the slot that ‘oh well I’m not getting this’ feeling lol so didn’t even enjoy it at the time lol which made breaking my ‘no bonuses’ rule seem even more silly!

Really wish I’d stuck to my old ‘no bonuses’ rule… there’s always some little thing they get you on. For the sake of what 100% up to $80 or w/e rubbish is on offer these days… not worth losing a few grand over the times you get lucky and they find a rule you broke by mistake, all for 20 minutes extra play it gives you the times you lose.
