He’s had 2k mate then says don’t know what to do next and says fuck this and what’s the point. What does that imply? People know I’m one of the first to help as you are also but he’s had his second chance. He should of used that money for a month’s deposit plus a month’s rent leaving a few ton to get things for his home. Who in their right mind decides to spend it on a cruise knowing full well they have nowhere to live when they get home.

That’s what I was suggesting I didn’t realise it was spent on a cruise, that’s pretty mental. also if 250 is a regular deposit then your wage must be over a month’s rent and deposit for a bedsit or something, when I was working full time (part time atm) I’d have been left with fuck all after bills n shit if <span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>I dumped 1/5 of my whole wage into a casino </span>

Look you all obviously think I’m still after something but I’m not! Secondly the money bandit gave to me was handed over to my girlfriend at the time as this all came about as I’d gambled the money I loaned to pay for the cruise. My girlfriend left me not long after this, so unfortunately that money has gone and I genuinely believed I was doing the right thing. Sorry for angering anyone. That was not my intention.

On the third page on this thread you said you’d lost your girlfriend before the bandit gave you the 2k. You’ve just said you gave the money to your girlfriend at the time and she left not long after.

Not sure if he handed that money over to his girlfriend to pay for the cruise as he earlier said that he had gone on the cruise, and then she threw him out and he is now living in his car and saving for a deposit for a flat.

However when I mentioned the fact that you could get deposit free rental these days there was a deafening silence until he came back saying he wanted to end it all

Kind of losing the track here – If he is in dire straits he has my condolences, however he is in the mess due to his own actions, has had a lot of help from Bandit, so needs to deal with it.    And to be honest there are people out there who dont actually even have a car to live in, let alone a mobile phone to access gambling sites and post about it

So do I man, I like to give the benefit of the doubt but its amazing how many people seem to find themselves homeless while in work but can’t afford a tiny room in a shared house for 360 a month.. I’ve been evicted skint and on my arse and it took me a week of sofa surfing to find a really cheap shit room to keep me dry till I could upgrade

I’d say it wasn’t the best move to spend on a cruise when your homeless upon returning home.

I hope that this will sort itself out for you and you get back on your feet, but as above people have mentioned  although a car is not that comfy, it’s dry, and relatively safe rather than being on the actual streets which is a dangerous place to be at the moment.
