So  I closed my account.  Then my documents were approved.  Then took further week to get money sent to me (I had to ask chat to put through manual withdrawal as could no longer get into account as had closed it).  So they paid out in the end but god knows how long this would have taken if my documents weren’t verified.  As it is, the process took just a couple of days under a month.  I won’t be playing here again.

They definitely hold withdrawals until documents are verified but do allow you to deposit and play.  I think that is disgusting behaviour frankly.

At least I have my money now but am left trying to find a good casino that isn’t going to behave this way (sigh).

I’m pretty sure they can’t turn round and say oh we think you can’t afford this so we are keeping your winnings. The SOW thing is bullshit though because I’m pretty sure video slots don’t let you set the withdrawal going (so you can still spend) whereas some casinos will hold the withdrawl but not allow you to bin the balance.

Had major complications getting anything to do with verification/SOF during the pandemic. Seems to have affected every interdependent department.
