simple easy answer….
Requirements…
1) At least 500 total minutes broadcast in the last 30 days.
2) At least 7 unique broadcast days in the last 30 days.
3)An average of 3 concurrent viewers or more over the last 30 days.
4) At least 50 Followers.
Create said channel, get 2/3 loyal forum peeps to stream their goldfish bowl. get loyal forum peeps to watch said goldfish now and then in the background.
Or,, if you really want to be radical…. allow said loyal forum peeps, to stream their OWN gambling on the channel. peeps here, can pop in an watch it, to keep alive requirement 3 above.,,
