On 30.05.2020 I did place a bet at 32red.com on a tennis game between Jan Choinski vs Joanne’s Haerteis. I did place £150 on over 5.5 points in game 6 of the first set. The bet was declared as lose. But in that game where played 8 points, just to mention that I was watching online the game on bet365.
How come there are 2 separate results on the same game.
What should I do?

There were not 2 results, reality is you probably bet on the 07th game as tennis betting is usually a game ahead on bets like that.

show a screenshot of your bet and I can advise further.

I have highlighted game 6 of the first set between the 2 players. there was only 4 points played, so I think you may have been watching the wrong match?

I know nothing of tennis but checked sofascore and it shows 4 points were played in game 6, so if that’s what they use it would show as a loss. I did then check flash scores the app I use and it shows 8 points so I would question them
