So I signed up a couple of weeks ago, they offer a 100% bonus up to £200 and have a decent array of slots. I always view my deposits as lost immediately after depositing and felt like a session, thought £400 would last a night or so on the £1.20 stakes I play.
Anyway, I’ve lost no money as after two weeks I’ve been unable to deposit. The site wont let me add a deposit method. I imformed support straight away and they emailed me, thanked me for making them aware of the problem (on all three browsers and phone). Two weeks on it still isn’t fixed.
Surely in two weeks they must have had new sign ups, are the casino wondering why no one is playing, or is it just me who has the problem? Should I assume the casino doesn’t want my custom? Also,it doesnt instill confidence if I ever do get to deposit, in the unlikely event I got a withdrawal would that button mysteriously break?
