Hi bandit, joined Mr Vegas tonight with your link, bonuses issued fine, other than I played live roulette, won a couple of spins, nothing major, but hit my lucky number 11 with £2 and a £1.10 split and for 4 spins kept saying bets rejected due to insufficient balance. I don’t really expect this joining a new casino especially recommend by yourself as I know you wouldn’t use any shitty sites. Very frustrating as I know just over £100 isn’t a lot to some people but I would of been over the moon hitting 11 and withdrawing, and for them to start rejecting bets when I’ve just joined is quite disgusting.

Nevermind, like anyone is going to see “paid out in 10% increments” when it’s so falsely advertised. Whole point of me joining Mr Vegas was because I had a spare £39 to deposit so thought I’d be playing with double that with 35x wagering. As if am I going to wager through 1382 quid from 39. Have a day off. Bottom line if I’d or known the bonus isn’t actually a bonus I’d of never deposited, I deposited purely because I’d been looking for a new casino and trusted one of the only gambling youtubers I watch, (rolla included) now I’ve got a £35 bonus sitting there which will never be used because I will not be depositing in future to release a pointless 10%. Alright if you have the money to do so but I only deposited what was affordable for me. Who can really say they read the T and Cs when it’s advertised like that? And if you say you do you are full of s**t. Rant over.

Id never, ever bash off a casino when something is a bit wrong, and mistakes are there to happen, but the things MrVegas has done are extremely, and then i mean extremely horrible. Especially as i know bandit is promoting it, but to be fair even as you have seen yourself now buddy, it really really shouldnt be promoted.

First of all, never got my welcome bonus. Sad, but i can live with that.

I had the same issues with bets rejected multiple times. Recorded it all on video, enough balance all the time, 4 hands it rejects my bets and i should have won, i tried again (just for the video, same table, same video, still same balance etc) and it gets accepted and loses. Stinks slightly, doesnt it? Following up with Evolution they said i was right, due to a tech error on the casinos side. They apparantely had more complaints about it, its a persisting issue on ALOT of tables on VideoSlots and MrVegas. And guess what, they dont pay the hands i should have won because it was a technical error but they happily took the bet i lost. F^&*()*&^%$^&*() off. About 780,- what they have stolen. And guess what they were willing to do as goodwill? 10 free spins on book of dead….

Ive been through approx 3,5 weeks of jumping through hoops to get through SoW, with the first 1.5 weeks of that not even being informed about whats going on with my account. Well i was being ”informed” but they were a bunch of lies. from ”problems with paymentprovider, please wait a day” to oh, its just a bit busy, hang on sir we will get it done ASAP, to ”we have already processed your payment sir!” no you havent, im using a e-wallet and should have got it instantly then. The lies were really never ending and there was, after a series of losses, €12.000 of withdrawals pending that they werent paying. Got my documents approved finally, i even had an email saying thank you, you completed the whole checks and so on, i went into live chat to ask for my withdrawal again, and within 10 more minutes i was requested even more documents, even though i had ON PAPER that i had completed everything. The documents then became REALLY intrusive but after that i finally, finally got my money processed.

Most shocking thing though, in the meantime i was being SoW’ed i was STILL ABLE to deposit, and play, and lose ofcourse, cause my withdrawal function was blocked. I tested this out twice with a tenner, and both times ofcourse still the same. That is actually very very bad, for the following reason. The only reasons a casino is allowed to do a SOW is because of Responsible Gambing (RG) and see if they can actually afford what they are doing or Anti Money Laundering (AML)… so even though they wont payout to a possible gambling addict or a moneylaunderer (and no, im neither of those, just saying it as an example) they are happy to take the money from an addict that possibl cant even afford his rent anymore, or they happily take money from a criminal. Good job MrVegas!

 

Ofcourse ive reported this all to them as a formal complaint, and its already over 2 months now, and ofcourse i dont get a single response and its still being handled by the relevant department. Very very strong suspicions of cheating, breaches of terms of their licences, and so on, but hey, nobody cares. Happy days!

 

And sorry for all this bandit, but the first 5 minutes of your video really says it all for yourself aswell..

I hit 14500 on roulette I ask for cashout they ask me for sow I refuse to share my private life with them if they pay me and after asking me for sow I will send all doc they need, but they wait for me to win first then ask, I ask to close my account after 5 weeks and 1m emails they pay me and close my account for good lol

I made a complaint on their licence holder in Malta, after 3 weeks I got pay
