Hello.

So due to my new tactic on life to save money, be healthy, live life to the fullest…

 

Instead of the usual £50 or £100 deposit, I deposited £10 into video slots.

And it was the best run I’ve ever done because I’ve lost the £10 and I couldn’t give a shit.

I was on 20p stake on every game, saw 4 bonuses.

.2 bonuses on the new showdown slot  (highly recommend, it’s really fun.

.a bonus on pink elephants.

.a bonus on jamming jars.

 

I peaked at about £28.50ish.

But kept going to see what others I could bonus and lost the lot.

I played a few others but didn’t bonus,.. book of dead, high voltage…

If you have issues gambling then have the guilt straight after a hefty loss then please try this.

Also this way I can gamble £50 in a month on and off in separate days rather than my full wage lol. Funny not funny.

I have to say, you are definitely onto something here.

I normally bet between £1 and £2 per spin, which means my deposits each month are often pretty huge to avoid an instant bust-town. However, on Christmas Eve, I was doing 20p spins on Reel King from a £50 deposit (granted I did reload twice, so £150) and I did have fun! And I was okay with the amount that I’d lost. £150 is obviously a lot, don’t get me wrong, but compared to the £500/£1000/£1500 it could have been on my normal bet sizing, it was a healthy amount.

It’s an interesting thought as it’s made me think back to when I first started gambling and I’d be on a wage of £180 a week and I’d put £25 into an online casino per week and walk away happy if I doubled my money on Roulette, building a roll up from a small deposit was a lot of fun! If I got to £100-150 then I wouldn’t want to continue as I’d see it as an extra weeks wages that I wouldn’t want to lose, nowadays that isn’t the case. I’d play poker and deposit £10 ($15-16) and play Sit n Go’s for $0.02-$0.10. Nowadays it always feels like I’m after a big win and deposit more hoping to win more and tbh it just isn’t as fun risking more to win more as it is to play with a small amount and turn it into something decent, not massive but enough to have some fun with the winnings. This pay day I think I’ll lower my stakes too, good on ya mate!

I had so much fun with this aswell. Hopefully this will help me save money now. I enjoyed it so much that I am only doing this from now on.

Best thing is, if I do win that magical 2000x then I can chase out £100 and have a bash at 50p to £1 spins.

Pretty sure this is the ideal when playing slots, playing within your means, the money has less value to you and if you busto its an amount you can afford to lose.

This is how bandit can justify his big losses/deposits. Its not that there’s a disregard for the value of the money but the amount being lost is acceptable/affordable and possibly sustainable(?) for him.

This will obviously be different amounts for different people also.

Completely agree. I could afford to bet like I did last year but in all honesty it really wasn’t healthy no matter what I tell myself. I had food, roof over my head and a solid wage every month.

The bandit just takes it to another level haha. Relatable or not, his videos are amazing. Best slots channel about no doubt!

I have done this for what seems forever.

I have started of with £5 and ending up winning £1400 (my best ever night)

Starting at 3p a go, then 2p then 1p, etc. On the night I won I got to around £50 quite fast so I upped the stake to £1 and went on other slots and I remember a £450 base win on Raging Rhino, and another had dropped in around £400 but I cannot remember which. It was a long night of gambling and had great fun. It was on Grosvenor Casino.

Most of the time I do lose though 😀

I also find this kind of thing real fun, usually i am down on micro stakes as a result of the weekend boost being £23 or similar, you get a great run usually. I love trying to top Reel King on 20p for usually £102 and then booOoooosh you are off from there lol

Don’t tempt me lol. Don’t have your balls of steal. I’ve got about £35 coming on the booster. Because I way overspent lol oops.

I tried this last night, had a tenner left on a site that i must have forgotten about so i went on millionaire 20p stake and had an £88 roll in with a million aces – well lots of them anyway, took £80 to rhino and blew £60 of it in no time so over to doa on 27p stake and hit the 5 scatters for £675 plus about £12 in the bonus. It was the most enjoyable nights gambling ive had in ages 😀

Yes! That’s amazing, congratulations. Hope you treat yourself with that. It sounds silly but I’ve set aside certain money goals such as if I win a certain amount then I get myself something of use or something I’ve always wanted. I haven’t had a decent win in a while really because I end up feeding it back lol but next good win I’ll get myself some Ryobi tools or a pressure washer… Definitely treat yourself. It makes it feel more worth while.
