Hi I’ve not long set up a account with genisis casino and deposited a cpl times and got a nice hit on jamin jars 1300 on 60p stake went 2 withdraw my money after messing about a few day for them 2 block my account saying it was a duplicate account I didn’t realise my dad has a account with them 2 and has the same name as me and we live at the same adress and they said they might not be paying me out can they do this after taking my money any help would be appreciated

I might be wrong but do they also not do checks on signing up? Such as of you’re on electoral?

Facts…. unless your house is subdivided… seems a bit twatty tho, I mean the d,o, b would have been enough to prove they were separate entities, and when the accounts were created why wouldn’t it flag up “ an account already exist for this address “ fuck me you can’t even open an account if you have the same email ……….. casinos man ….. like trying to understand the double helix …

That’s what I thought why did they not flag it up when they where taking my money was ok when I was loseing money but soon as I tried cash out blocked my account I’ve looked at some the review’s online and there are loads of negative comments about this casino how the try everything not pay out it’s a bloody joke

Yeah, it is… casinos ( legit ones ) tend to be pretty fair with rules, most people who comment here give it the big “ i didn’t know “ but it’s in the t and c… there are few ( like this) that you feel “ ah it’s a bit harsh “… I’d imagine most of the people logging in here would probably say you’ve at least got cause for your deposit to be returned as the account shouldn’t have been activated at all ( I’m presuming all your checks are done) but like xbob says, it’s in the t and c and ( technically) we as consumers have to be aware of the rules ….. I’d at least argue that the computer should have flagged up another account at the address …..and the account shouldn’t have been created….. it’s an odd one.. what if you put the money on hold/ back in the account and then get your dad close down his account, give it two weeks ( time out ) and then withdrawal by t and c there would only be one account at the property then ………..honestly don’t know, trying to help you out, but these ideas might be to far fetched … good luck with it tho …

I can’t even get in2 my account now they have blocked it completely that’s what I’m saying 2 them thou about why they let me deposit and more than once disscustin casino and by looking at the review’s online think they have shafted a lot off people never had any problems with any other casino thou

I don’t think any casino ever has good reviews online.

Of course they let you deposit, you agreed to their terms and conditions. If you’d read them instead of clicking “agree”, you’d know that it says 1 account per household/ip address/computer.

If you keep going at it, you might get your deposits back.

If they feel you broke their tos then yeah they can keep your money and any winnings

Unless they’re part of the virtual group and then they make up lies to not pay you. eg Mr. Hulme(me) you made 178 account in one day

With 178 different emails and used them ALL to get the no deposit bonus in 24 hours. In reality, I used the no deposit  bonus cleared that deposited a tenner won 32k and they refused me money ..

Hi great to see your latest video I know where your coming from before government reduced betshop roulette spins I would do my wages and lose the lot it is a scary thing not having control people slat the government but for me it was a life saver I still bet but only football and Saturday horse racing so thank you I took a lot from your video stay safe and get head together
