How long does it usually take for a withdrawal to process? My withdrawal has been pending for 24 hours now.
Have you checked your emails for ID requests? Withdrawals have been in my account literally within minutes, i’ve verified with ID though, check your junk folder too.
Yeah Ive checked and haven’t had any emails requesting any documents, maybe It takes longer due to no documentation.
It is possible mate, perhaps contact them and submit your ID anyway – always good to have a verified account. Their withdrawals are almost too fast when verified it seems lol

Thanks Bandit for your guidance! I spoke with live chat and I didn’t need any documents sent over but they said it’ll be sorted by tonight, lovely lass by the name of lucinda sorted it out.
