Gamstop – cooling off period ended still can’t get into my accounts

    I ended my exclusion over 24-hours ago and still cannot get into my accounts. I’ve contacted the providers and for example, SkyVegas said I need to contact Gamstop… but I already have!

    Is it possible it can take longer than 24-hours?
