What a joke energy are. Let me deposit then when I go to play balance says £0. Asked why on live chat and the said my account is on hold. Can’t withdraw can’t play the money I’ve deposited. Verified my account soon as I opened it. Joke

Ye same with me. Only casino that asks for source of income that I know of. Just don’t understand why they would let me deposit in the first place knowing I wouldn’t be able to play. I have to close my account to get the money back that I deposited

They have all asked me now tbh, Redbet is closed too as they wouldn’t accept anything. Their policy needs reviewing for acceptable proof from people that don’t fit the norm, like myself, as English says, how exactly does a professional gambler prove source of wealth, perhaps i should send them loads of picture of pound coins lol

Just curious but you receive revenue from Youtube, do you not? Could you list your job as a YT content creator? I imagine it wouldn’t work otherwise you would have already tried it I guess but I’d be interested in their response to that.
