Just received the bonus withdrawn and winning lost email. Broke rule 13. My mistake did not realise the bonus buys broke the minimum stake rule. However was not sure how they worked out the wagering level as it seemed about twice the 35 x mentioned and with all the wagering limits, ie only 20% on some games it was taking me ages to make it go down. Anyway it cost me £275 so in protest I cancelled all accounts as I don’t ever want to give them any more money, probably already saved the £275. Still not sure why they can’t just refuse the bet, I am sure that’s not to hard to implement in the software.

Considering the stake is the amount you spend on that go, it would have been the cost of the bonus buy and not the spin as some would think. Always ask live chat about bonus buys and bonus hunts if you’re wagering. 🙂

The bigger question is this… If the casinos know what is allowed and what is not, then why the fck do they put something in place to allow the error being made? They made the fckn rules, so they should at least try to prevent a breach of the rules. Kind of like a Cecurity guard that allows people to steal but they get arrested if the actual Police catch them.

Although leaf should have made sure beforehand if bonus buys would go over max stake. I do think casinos should make it clear that they do as a bonus buy is set to a stake which is lower than the restriction in the first place all you are essentially doing is fast spinning to a bonus instead of grinding it out.

Although it unfortunately was your fault, I agree there should be some sort of prevention to allow this to happen, before I was on gamstop I never once took a bonus purely because I would be too worried on following the correct rules etc because they will do whatever they can to refuse payout from a sneaky rule in the t+c’s. I wouldn’t be able to enjoy playing as I’d be too worried about receiving any winnings. At least raw cash deposits meant I knew what I won I’d receive
