hi i recently joined a new casino. i took them up in there welcome bonus and met all the wagering requirements on it when finished i had my balance built up to a nice bit of cash. played on for a few days and decided to withdraw the funds it been over a week now and money is still pending i email them and get the same thing every time that its gone over to there financial department but still nothing has happened. has anyone had any experience with this that could give me some advise or am i just been to impatient.
