[Ym Ymam123 WANTED $1 Outlaw]

Hi folks, my names Ymam123, I’ve been watching Bandit videos on YT for about a year and came over to the site to watch after the channel was pulled so decided to make an account here last week cause why not?

 

Ok, so now to the utterly gut-wrenching problem….

On Sunday I was on here and noticed the BetVictor ‘£10 gives you £70’ offer and decided to sign up. I made my account and ran through my cash and the slots bonus after a couple of hours, used the instant win bonus up after that then went on to use my table bonus. After a few games of roulette I was up on the bonus and went on to ‘3 Wheel Roulette’, I realised the wagering needed was £1200 total play through so I upped the stakes and after a few games I hit the jackpot side bet pay of 1200X !

I hit 3 ‘0’s with a side bet of £3 on it as well as having £3 on the number ‘0’ and £1.50 split between ‘2’ & ‘0’, I absolutely shot off my seat knowing I’d won around £4k and as the win appeared the game screen flashed, zeroed my balance completely (even though the balance was still showing on the site!) and showed me a message stating that I had insufficient funds!!!!

I minimized the game, checked my balance, took screenshots and spoke to customer service on the chat. They took some details from me and said someone would be in touch. Then I waited and waited and waited.

I spoke to them a further 3 times over 3 days and finally today I got a response from them on chat (Not by email or by phone and after I had contacted them) saying that the third party provider of the game said I was “paid the correct amount of £18 and there was no issue”. Only that’s the payout of the spin before the glitched game!

I re-explained what happened to another advisor (again, on chat) and they told me basically that I was stupid and they came up with a completely different story from the original that the balance that I was using was for table games and that 3 wheel roulette is an instant game (which it’s not…) then he disconnected me from the chat!

I’ve now tried every phone number, requested calls twice and emailed them with no response.

I have photographic proof that it glitched and I’m basically being ignored, bullied or being fed utter bullshit and lies from them….

What do I do????

Stick the photos up if you can, it definitely sounds interesting, i’m not familiar with that game at all but if you are certain you had the right bets in the right places and that you have photo proof of it then they won’t have a leg to stand on surely.

And here’s my actual balance at the time and as it still is cause I didn’t watch to touch it incase it makes it difficult to prove my case.

That pic also kinda proves it’s actually a table game and not an instant win, I have no idea why they came at me after I re-explained everything and said that.

Funnily it says my last bet in the first pic was £3 as well and it was nothing like that, in that game or in the game before it but it does show the weird zeroed balance, the three 0’s with the ball in it and shows my result history on the side.

I’d had some previous bets on it but I still had over £40 (Still had a £10 sports bet and £10 live casino bet to use) to use on table games and my bet size was no where near that.

I’m honestly so stressed out, it doesn’t help that the advisors in the live chat are a third party organisation either. They aren’t relaying the information properly at all

I don’t think you will get anywhere with this complaint I’m afraid. Is an of the opinion that I have had two feature wins at BV that have not been added to my balance. They refer to the game provider who comes back after a few days each time to say the game paid it properly. Photographic evidence will help (I did not have this) but it looks inconclusive to me.

Surely this is something that, if they’re doing regularly, they can’t get away with?
Rest assured that I will fight tooth and claw to make sure I don’t get fucked over. Even if I have to speak to a solicitor.

I think it probably boils down to their classification of the game, if they are classing it as an instant win game, then i think your bonus included a tenner to have a bash on those with and perhaps that had run out. I think you have a good case to point out that if it is an instant win game, why is it found in the “table games” menu so i would go down that line to begin with. I would perhaps speak to someone else than you did the first time as there seemed to be some sort of misunderstanding what was actually meant.

I’ve gone out to drown my sorrows so I wont get deep into a mad conversation about it but I’d used my instant bonus up completely before my table bonus and they let me play that game (with successive wins) for about 7/8 spins on the table with no issue before it.

I know I had enough balance and I know I’m right but right now all I can do is sit thinking about a life changing (for me) amount of money stuck in limbo and in the hands of someone who’s definitely against giving me me it… #Depressing hahaha

Have to admit that while I hope you get the money, those screenshots wouldn’t convince me to hand over £4k

i think there’s more chance of Katie Price going to the doctors and finding out she’s still a virgin than there is of BV paying out.

I doubt you would find a solicitor to take this in anyway, and at £150 a letter and £75 a phone call you could kiss goodbye to that £4K pretty quick.

Best to move on, you never actually had it so it’s not as if it’s fallen out of your pocket while you were on your way to the supermarket.

constantly dwelling on it will just depress you and don’t go chasing another one !!!   It would probably cost you £60k before you hit that combination again, if ever!

Sorry, and just thinking about it, as BV definitely appear to have decided the case is closed and are ignoring your emails, phone calls and other communications, including hanging up on you, I’m not sure how you can pursue this.

All you have as evidence, please correct me if I’m wrong bandit as I’m not an expert on casino screens) are 2 non time stamped balances with no actual screenshot of a win, pretty sure your win history won’t show up a win either.

Bud, I feel for you here, I really do.

I remember a while back, I used to play a lot of roulette with Ladbrokes. I used to bet on the cold numbers, then increase the bet after 35 spins of the wheel if the number(s) hadn’t come in. The amount of times when one of my big numbers came in and it then rejected my bet and voided the game, it was so frustrating. I’d spent hours back and forth with customer service but never managed a resolution with it.

It’s hard not to feel desperate/hopeless with this sort of thing, and it will dwell on your mind for a while. Try and fight it as much as you can (I certainly would), but there may be a point when you just have to give it up and move on. And whatever you do, don’t try and chase for that jackpot again.
