[Mark31288 WANTED $18 Outlaw]

Hi All – first time posting so be kind!

I think this story falls under ‘tales of the unexpected’ quite well, so i shall begin!

After having a small stakes gamble at Videoslots and not being very lucky hovering around the same balance for a good few hours, i decided to give Extra Chilli a go, one of my favourite games but needing a big balance is usually essential to reach even 20 spins let alone 24. I had £1000 in the bank and decided 2 x £500 buys and i’m off, win or lose i will be calling it a day as this was all profit from playing the week before. First buy i managed to get all the way to 24 spins, and the bonus went for £6500. Obviously being delighted with this, and full of greed (aren’t we all when we are winning?!….nope? just me then!) i decided i’d forget the other £500 buy i had promised myself and play Book of Ra (my all time favourite game as i managed a £12k win many moons ago) on high stakes with a view of cashing out £5k or hitting a bonus and leaving regardless of the outcome. This is where it gets interesting!

I accidentally clicked on book of Ra Magic – a game i had played before on low stakes and managed one bonus that payed about 10x! As it had loaded before i realised this, i thought i would have a spin anyway. Something in me was screaming at me to hit the damn button, even though i knew i had clicked on the wrong game at this point, and never had a good record of doing anything other than feed it money.

I changed the stake to £20, hit the button and 3 books came in on the very first press. Couldn’t believe my eyes as i know its notoriously bad at giving the bonus, with the ‘alleged potential’ being the reason.

Pictures are below of the outcome, 1 x £20 spin, 8 x re triggers, 4 x explorers for £20k being the biggest single hit, final win an astonishing £54,350……2717x!!!!

I always imagined these silly wins you see were fabricated somehow, as they don’t happen to everyday people, always seems to be streamers or casino promoters etc which is just dubious in my eyes (rightly or wrongly, just my opinion). I can now vouch for the doubters and as you can see by the RTP screenshot showing one spin this is 100% legit and happened!

I Immediately put a play block on my account and plan on keeping this in place for the remainder of the year, as this sort of win is life changing for me and there isn’t an ounce of me that wants to even give a penny back to any sort of casino.

I am fully aware this is an insane touch of luck that will never ever happen again so will embrace it, spend the cash wisely, and have a bloody good 2019!

Cheers! Was a massive shock and I couldn’t quite believe it. Seems like it may be too good to be true as Videoslots are now undertaking security checks and keep sending me the message below:

‘We do random security checks and this is the reason why your withdrawal has been delayed. This is the reason and there’s not much more to tell. As informed previously you will be notified as soon as possible when we have updates.’

Now very worried they will worm out of paying it out to me, and have no clue regarding the legalities of that! (Any help welcome!)

I’ve deposited and withdrawn a large amount in total from day 1 of registering and there has never been a problem before, until this huge win and all of a sudden a random check……hmmmmm!

They can not worm out of it,as long as your account and deposited with your own card you will be fine….they cant even try and worm out of it by saying bonus abuse as you had no active bonus?,only problem will be the max monthly cashout?..just keep your restriction on and cash out max this month and next month..well done.

Yep that’s all correct I had no bonus active, and they just keep saying security checks. I’ve read stories of people having the funds confiscated though which bothers me, hopefully I’ll hear something today ??

I wouldn’t worry too much bud, obviously it’s anxiety level maximum until that money is in your account, but Videoslots are pretty reputable and it’s very unlikely the game would have displayed an incorrect result. Whenever I’ve had a huge win, it often takes them a bit longer to do some validation checks. Probably just their own way of delaying payout, but you should get it soon!

That’s reassuring cheers,will all be real and sink in once the money is in my bank though!

Just seems very suspect to me that when I’ve had to request a manual payout in the past its been done the same day or very latest the following working day. Part of me is thinking they are going through the terms with a fine tooth comb to try and find a way out of paying it. Luckily i have the last few spins on video including the bonus ending, so it can be seen its not an incorrect result.

There is a wealth of bad press on VS online, so that’s not done much for the anxiety levels i can tell you that much haha

Has anyone else had problems with withdrawals from VS especially for large amounts over their 30k monthly withdrawal limit? i would be interested to hear if so regarding timescales, correspondence etc etc

Their customer service is utter shit, broken English mixed with automated responses which are useless to me at this point. No timescale can be given, been passed to the relevant department who are ‘working on it……..blah blah blah

I have had an issue with a 9k withdrawal over security check before. Then they said it had been approved 7days latter it still hadn’t arrived and like yourself I blocked my account for 2weeks so I don’t play it back. When I asked they said sorry there was a mix up the payment was not prossesd and it’s now in your casino balance. I asked if they can manually do the withdrawal for me and they said they can’t. And that I will have to do it. I had to wait to be able to log in order to withdraw it. During the process I threatened to take the issue to casinomeister which got the ball rolling after I mentioned it.

Anyway at the end of the day I did get my money it just took longer than expected and I feel they were hoping I would play the balance back after my block ended.
