Onwards…
We left Coral Island as the heat was now unbearable lol Staff foaming at the mouth and all sorts haha Walked down to Yates for a quick drink… i say quick, stood at the bar in there for 25 bastard minutes!! Paul had arranged to meet a few people from his forum and we found out that they were actually sat in the Casino bar at Coral Island so we drank up and headed back in to the lions pit!
We arrive and meet up with a couple from Plymouth…. that’s fucking miles away and a Father/Daughter combo from Kilmarnock, equally as far as the moon lol i don’t want to put names on just in case they would rather i didn’t but on Pauls forum, we had Blampy and Bangers, two great guys, Blampy’s Mrs and Bangers daughter and well, we had a laugh and a half for the rest of the trip! Couple of nice pints of Staropramen in the Coral Island casino and a good chat round the table, nothing played in here as we were all just getting to know one another but we are back on the gambling trail shortly, not before some grub though!
We end up in the Grosvenor Casino for food…. great shout from Bangers as everywhere was rammed in the whole of Blackpool yet upstairs in the Grosvenor was perfect, food was awesome, had myself a Fillet Steak no less, couldn’t fit any waffles in after though boOOOooOOoo! Right then, food is done and we are in a casino, hmmmm wonder what is going to happen now haha!
Drinks are flowing which is always great, some machine play starts to happen, playing a couple of shitty games and i switch to Book of Ra, i stick it on £5 stake but wow, i can’t really keep up with putting the £20’s in! It is a lot different to when you “Start with a grand” online…. watching those real £20’s disappear so quickly haha I switch it down to £3 and then i get a feature waheyyyy… it goes for £133 which isn’t amazing but wait…. it has a gamble! It is the old card jobby though, red or black and i click black, it wins for £266, nice one. I sit there for a little minute and think yeah fuck it, i am hitting it again, i shout over to Blampy’s Mrs – Red or Black…… Red comes the answer and RED it was for £532 ish! This is where Paul picks it up on the video i will post a link to below, the video also shows a couple of the pie gambles we had, the offer of a further gamble to £1064 was available….. what would you have done

Welllll… Luck of the Irish i load up and after £40 in i get the pots…. bloody Bronze! Well this has a pie gamble, is THE PIE MAN still in the house? You better fucking believe he is and it lands a one step at a time Jackpot! The bronze was £50 odd quid so it went £75, £100, £150, £200, £300, £400 and £500…. yep, i am mental, i clicked it for £4-500 because why….. because i always do lol
I cash in my tickets and literally all of us have profited which is bloody rare, time for a drink on the pier! Last orders rings just as we get there so i get to the bar, Paul, Bangers and his daughter, the absolute mad heads, go and have a go on some huge big mental swing thing that hoists you up to the moon and then fucking drops you and you swing out over the pier, it did look fun tbh but hmmmm, doubt you would get me up there haha!
Right then, this bar is closing and we are off, massive huge newish wetherspoons across the road from the pier, loads of floors, i swear it wasn’t here the last time i came lol so we dart in there, 30 minutes drinking time left so yep, it’s booze for us again. Chatting away and a lad approaches and says “are you the bandit?” haha superb got to love that
had happened earlier in the day too, i had a pic with him and a chat, feels so weird when people ask that question lol Well it was soon time to be kicked out of this one too and that left the casino again haha!Blampy and his Mrs are off at this stage, they’ve got a mental drive home the next day and it is already 1am, fair play to them both, they were great company and a good laugh, the rest of us headed back to the casino.
Well….. not so good this time as we decide to all contribute to a little pot and go and slap it on certain things on the table, there is a section in the video where you can only hear us, Paul and I thought we wanted black and it landed 22 so we are giving it yeahhhhhhhh get in and then we realise, we put the money on fucking red lmao! We go again, we lose again, we go again, we win one but then lose again oh dear. Before i know it the wallet is looking rather bare and a withdrawal is required! That is quite crazy considering how the rest of the weekend had gone but that is the casino for you!
I get my withdrawal and i head to a quiet table, only me playing and start to do a few bigger bets – i am hovering around evens, winning one, losing one etc when i think ah, fuck it, let’s just slap the lot on something…. now what do you think about this one folks…. I place £2,200 in pink £100 chips in the third dozen, so i am wanting any number from 25 – 36 to win £6,600 back. Only me at the table betting….. the lady calls out 2200 on the table as she must have to do that and the little guy with a clipboard who mills around the middle of all the tables gives her a nod and off the ball goes…. lands in 34 so YEAHHHHHH GTFIT is me….. what does she say? Oh sorry, max bet is £1000 wait what?! I was pretty disgusted by that tbh, they clearly waited to see the result on that one before deciding what to do, you telling me that if it had have lost, she is going, ah max bet a grand, here is £1200 back DON’T THINK SO! They paid me on the £1,000 so it was a return of £3,000 but it just felt lke a boot in the flute!
Well that pretty much spells the end of the night and the end of the trip, i cash out with a total profit on the whole trip of £2,700 which is absolutely unbelievable, so so many pied jackpots, here is the little video, hope you enjoyed the story!
