I try to leave the online ones away. Videoslots have an amazing limit thing to stop you going batshit crazy on full tilt. Just have to set it up when you have you head on straight.
I can only do a max stake of about £12 per spin on there now so I can’t put myself into too much trouble as you get bored after a while lossing time after time…works for me!!
