That’s great stuff on your weight loss buddy. I was also 24st at one point, I managed to lose it all down to 16st but it took about 7 yrs lol. My biggest mistake was doing a crash course diet, Lost 2st in a month and made myself really unwell, also due to issues with my body exercise isn’t possible so excess skin is a right bitch. Sorry for the life story haha.
