Hi mate,
do you have funds that you are wishing to withdraw that are being held?
You may need to read the Terms of Service on Stake, because Stake have a UK version too :/
I have only ever had to provide KYC to Gamdom because I was trying to withdraw $14,000.
They accepted my UK driving license, etc. I explained I was from UK and they were fine with it. I received the full amount.
Worst case scenario is you might need to switch casinos and research it a little more.
Have a conversation with Stake and see if they will accept ID.
Find someone from Ireland to complete KYC on your behalf lol.
