Maybe your son should contact Bandit as he’s the account holder, sounds super suspicious when someone’s mummy contacts bandit, start your on thread or discussion though as your in a different discussion and he might not see your message, how did your son manage to put in wrong card details when you also need to use the security code on the back of the card? Sorry it just sounds a bit odd 😆😆
