Your address doesn’t have to be where you play, so you could have an address in Ipswich but your ip is showing up in France because of the vpn, so the casino machine won’t really care, but it gets messy if your account is spot checked, some casinos will need you to do some sort of checks, so you could coast for a year under the radar but then get a spot check and the casino could withhold funds or block you…. I doubt they care that much but that seems to be the risk you take ….so I think as long as you withdrawl when possible the loss when or if they do check you shouldn’t be that bad…

there are some good peeps on here who are based in uk and swear they’ve had no issues… so it’s hard to give you an option that won’t be torn by both sides, I think that why nobody is responding to your question…. Personally I’m tempted to do so, but reading the other comments about moving money here there and everywhere just drains the soul out of me…and I’ve always played safe by having the insurance the uk safeguards offer …because there are some awful shit stories here of folks losing cash because of casinos out side the rules…
